For school leaders and trusts
Professional development your staff will actually use.
My Learning gives every teacher twenty-minute, evidence-informed modules and gives you a fair, joined-up picture of development — CPD, appraisal targets, reviews and classroom evidence in one place.
What your teachers get
Short, practical, and built on the research they already trust.
13 pathways, 51 modules
Rosenshine’s principles, cognitive science, questioning, feedback, behaviour, maths mastery, literacy, inclusion, wellbeing, digital practice and AI.
Twenty minutes each
Research summary, a worked classroom example, a knowledge check and one thing to try tomorrow.
A dashboard of their own
Progress per pathway, a weekly streak, achievements and their own reflections — theirs to keep.
What leaders get
Line managers see their own team. The CPD Coordinator sees the whole school.
Your team at a glance
Who is on track, who needs a check-in, who has not started. Assign a pathway in one click, linked to a target.
Targets and termly reviews
Set appraisal targets, then run Autumn, Spring and Summer reviews: the teacher reflects, you review, you sign off.
Classroom evidence
Record drop-ins, learning walks and book looks as a short professional judgement with one action step, structured by Sherrington’s four strands of Rosenshine.
Reports and a printable summary
Termly picture by person and school, plus a one-page summary to take into a review meeting.

Built for multi-academy trusts
One trust, many schools, with each school in charge of its own staff.
Every school kept separate
Staff are matched to their school by email domain. If your trust shares one domain, staff choose their school at sign-up and their CPD Coordinator confirms them.
A coordinator per school
Each school names one CPD Coordinator who sees the whole school, confirms new staff and keeps the school’s own list of classroom look-fors.
Your line-management structure
Heads of department see the eight to twelve staff they manage, and nobody else.
🔒 Private by design
- Knowledge-check scores stay with the teacher. Managers see completion, not marks — that is built into the data, not just a policy.
- Teachers see evidence about them straight away, with space to respond.
- Classroom evidence is a development record, not a graded lesson judgement, and should never be used alone in a capability process.
- Colleagues cannot see each other’s development records. The Community area is opt-in and separate.
- Members-only pages are hidden from search engines, and every platform page is checked against WCAG 2.1 AA.
The appraisal year · targets set once, reviewed three times
- 1Manager sets targets with the teacher
- 2Teacher reflects and rates progress
- 3Manager reviews and comments
- 4Both sign it off
- 1Same targets, new evidence
- 2Teacher reflects again
- 3Manager reviews and comments
- 4Both sign it off
- 1Teacher reflects on the year
- 2Manager writes the outcome
- 3Sign-off closes the target
- 4Printable record for the file
Classroom evidence and completed modules attach to the target as they happen, so nothing is reconstructed in July.
Getting started
- We set up your trust and schools — names, URNs, phases and email domains.
- Each school names a CPD Coordinator, and you tell us who line-manages whom.
- Staff create a profile with their school email address, and their coordinator confirms them.
- Managers set targets and assign pathways, and the termly review cycle begins.
Questions leaders ask
Can managers see quiz scores?
No. Teachers see their own scores; managers see whether a module is complete. A school can ask us to change this, but the default is private.
Is this lesson grading by another name?
No. Evidence is a written professional judgement plus one action step. There are no lesson grades, and any strand impressions are optional and worded as Strength, Developing or Priority.
Can we use our own look-fors?
Yes. Each school’s coordinator adds their own look-fors under the four strands, and retires the ones they do not want.
What about Microsoft or Google sign-in?
Not yet. Staff sign in with an email address and password today; Microsoft sign-in is on the roadmap for trusts that want it.
Where is the data held, and who is the controller?
Your school or trust is the data controller and Digital Clubhouse is the processor. The platform is hosted on WordPress.com, which may process data in the EU and the United States under standard contractual clauses. A privacy notice and a data processing agreement are available for review.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the number of schools and staff. Get in touch and we will put a proposal together.
See it with your own school in mind
A walkthrough takes about half an hour: we show the teacher view, the line-manager view and the review cycle, using your school’s structure.
