Privacy Policy & Terms of Use
Last updated: March 12, 2026
Digital Clubhouse (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Clubhouse Analytics mobile application (the “App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App, and the terms under which you may use it.
This policy is designed to comply with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, App Tracking Transparency framework requirements, and applicable data protection regulations.
Part 1 — Privacy Policy
1. Data We Collect
Clubhouse Analytics collects and processes only the data strictly necessary to provide its core functionality — monitoring device compliance and health within your Jamf School environment.
1.1 Data You Provide Directly
When you set up the App, you provide the following credentials to connect to your Jamf School instance:
- Jamf School URL — your organisation’s Jamf School server address
- Network ID — your Jamf School network identifier
- API Key — your Jamf School API authentication key
These credentials are used solely at the point of connection to authenticate with your Jamf School instance. No credentials or data are stored by the App, on any server, or in any external service. All authentication occurs in real time and credentials are held only in the device’s active memory during use.
1.2 Data Retrieved from Jamf School
Once authenticated, the App retrieves the following data from your Jamf School environment via the Jamf School API:
- Device compliance status — whether devices meet your configured compliance policies
- Device check-in information — when devices last communicated with Jamf School
- Device type and inventory data — iPads, iPhones, Macs, and Apple TVs in your environment
- User names — names associated with assigned devices
- Device serial numbers — hardware identifiers for devices requiring attention
- Alert classifications — recent, warning, and critical status indicators
This data belongs to your organisation and is retrieved in real time from your own Jamf School instance. We do not store, cache, or retain this data anywhere — not on our servers, not in any cloud service, and not on your device beyond the active session.
1.3 Data We Do NOT Collect
We want to be explicit about data we do not collect:
- We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number
- We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or crash reporting services
- We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting techniques
- We do not collect device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV) for any purpose
- We do not share, sell, or transfer any data to third parties
2. How We Use Data
Data retrieved from your Jamf School instance is used exclusively to:
- Display device compliance status and statistics
- Show check-in health and alert classifications
- Present device inventory breakdowns by type
- Identify devices requiring attention
All processing occurs locally on your device. No data is transmitted to our servers or any third-party service.
3. Data Storage & Security
We do not store any data. This is a fundamental design principle of Clubhouse Analytics:
- API credentials are held only in active memory during your session
- Device data is displayed in real time and not cached or persisted
- When you close the App, all data is cleared from memory
- There is no database, no cloud storage, and no local file storage
Communication with your Jamf School instance uses HTTPS encryption to protect data in transit.
4. Third-Party Services
Clubhouse Analytics does not integrate with any third-party services, including:
- No analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.)
- No advertising networks
- No crash reporting services (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)
- No social media SDKs
- No cloud storage services
The only external communication is directly between your device and your Jamf School server, using your provided credentials.
5. Children’s Privacy
Clubhouse Analytics is a professional IT administration tool intended for use by authorised school IT administrators. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. While the App may display device assignment information that includes student names (as configured in your Jamf School environment), this data is retrieved from your organisation’s own systems and is not collected or stored by us.
6. Your Rights
Since we do not collect or store any personal data, traditional data subject rights (access, rectification, deletion, portability) are not applicable to our App. Your Jamf School data remains entirely within your organisation’s control.
If you have any concerns about data displayed within the App, please contact your organisation’s Jamf School administrator, as all data originates from your own Jamf School instance.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
